By accessing, browsing, or shopping on this website, you agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement. Please read them carefully.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (B) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
Unless otherwise stated, Orange Avocados and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on orangeavocados.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service, use of service, or access to the service, or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these terms.

Section 5: Shipping and Delivery Policy
We currently only ship to the US. Shipping and delivery timeframes are different for every product and are subject to current product and shipping partner availability. Shipping and delivery time frames are only estimates. Because we want you to be able to select the perfect product type, color, and size to compliment each of your favorite designs, your items will be printed after you order them. Your order is hand-printed by real humans. The printing process time frame depends on the product(s) purchased. Some items will be shipped separately, and may take longer due to the printing process. All items are packaged separately to ensure they arrive in good order. Occasionally we run free or expedited shipping promotions. Join our mailing list to get these deals sent right to your inbox.
Section 6: Payment
Full payment needs to be made at time of purchase, after which orders will be printed and dispatched. This can also include special fees or billing charges, sales taxes, shipping fee or taxes and more that may be relevant.
Section 7: Billing Information Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel any order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store/site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Section 8: Product Information
Orange Avocados attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Orange Avocados does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from Orange Avocados that you receive isn’t described as shown on Orange Avocados, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy. Occasionally there may be information on our Site or in the service, that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserved the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the service or any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submitted your order).
Section 9: Cancellations and Returns
You can cancel or make changes to your order if the order hasn’t been sent to production yet. This includes adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method. If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached the printing process, and we may already be working on fulfilling the order. As a result, it may not be possible to cancel the order at this point. At this stage, it won’t be possible to edit or remove any of the products. You can still request an address change or a shipping upgrade at this point. In order to request order cancellation or change, please email us at orangeavocadosshop@gmail.com.
We allow returns and exchanges for products purchased at our online shop, but are only accepted within 15 days of product delivery and only within the terms listed here. Orange Avocados is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 15 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team by emailing us at orangeavocadosshop@gmail.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue. If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. Please note that we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if you ordered the wrong size or color. Special order items and custom products are not eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management’s discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, a partial refund will be issued. For some products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. To initiate a return, please contact us at orangeavocadosshop@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include your reason for return. Returns that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of service will be accurate or reliable.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use., without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either expressed or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title and non infringement.
In no case shall we, Orange Avocados, our owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or products procured using the services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss, or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content posted or product, transmitted or otherwise made available, via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damage, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be permitted to the maximum extent of the law.
Section 11: Dispute Clause
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, United States. Any dispute relating to any activity on orangeavocados.com or the purchase of any Orange Avocados products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in New York, United States, unless you have in some way threatened or violated Orange Avocados’ intellectual property rights, whereby Orange Avocados may seek an injunctive.

The technology underlying, and the entire content included in, the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, or code is copyrighted as a collective work under the United States and other copyright laws, and is the property of Orange Avocados and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property or proprietary rights. We do not investigate to determine if such works are accurate nor can we provide assurance that all such works are free of typographical errors. We can not confirm information on this Site to be 100% accurate.

By sharing, submitting, or uploading any of your data (including but not limited to photographs, images, videos, music, art, or comments) to Orange Avocados’ website, social media channels (including, without limitation, Twitter (including # and @ comments incorporating Orange Avocados), Facebook and Instagram) and pages dedicated to Orange Avocados in discussion forums, you grant Orange Avocados a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, prepare derivative works of, display and perform your user data in any legal manner for the benefit of Orange Avocados. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for all the user data that you make available through such means.
